Founding program terms.

Founding offer: The $79 payment covers one 30-day monitoring period. It does not renew automatically.

What the service provides

CleanBid Georgia discovers and reviews public procurement notices, matches opportunities to a customer profile, summarizes decision factors, and monitors selected deadlines, amendments and cancellations.

Customer responsibility

Customers must verify every opportunity and requirement against the official agency record. Customers remain responsible for eligibility, registrations, site visits, questions, pricing, proposal preparation, submission and contract performance.

No award or volume guarantee

The service does not guarantee eligibility, opportunity volume, proposal acceptance or contract awards. Public notices can change, contain errors, require portal access or be cancelled by the issuing agency.

Founding customer plan

The founding price is a one-time $79 payment for 30 days of monitoring after onboarding is complete. There is no automatic renewal or annual commitment. Continued service requires a separate agreement and payment.

Start date, cancellation and refunds

The 30-day service period begins when CleanBid Georgia confirms that the customer profile is complete and monitoring has started. You may request a full refund before profile setup or monitoring begins. Once setup or monitoring begins, the founding payment is non-refundable except where required by law. If CleanBid Georgia cannot begin service within three business days after receiving the required onboarding information, you may request a full refund.

Acceptable use

You may use reports and alerts for your own company’s opportunity evaluation. You may not resell the service, misrepresent summaries as agency guidance, interfere with the site or use it unlawfully.

Public sources and third parties

Agency portals and external sites are operated by third parties. CleanBid Georgia does not control their availability, accuracy, accounts, deadlines or procurement decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and is not liable for lost bids, missed deadlines, lost profits or indirect damages arising from reliance on a summary instead of the official record. Any additional limits will be provided before a paid agreement is formed.

Changes and contact
